I'm going to assume that a day is enough for us to recover well enough over everything, so there are a few things I want to address now that the app has been secured again.

First of all, since it's troublesome only speaking on the app and we never know when it might be compromised again, I made a code for us to use in reference to each other. It's not completely finished but it should give you an idea of what I'm going for. I'm open to any other suggestions on what to add to it. Different demons have been assigned different flowers. Combatants and Navigators can be distinguished by where they "grow".

Secondly, we need a place to meet up in real life. A few times in the past, the first round has used my dorm, but that isn't sustainable especially since other Awakened are and can be adults. I suggest a school-funded cafe project. Those of us attending Green Valley can use various excuses as an extracuricular activity focusing on economics, cooking, or whatever else. Adults could act as supervisors. Someone is free to mention a better idea.

Finally, I think we should start investigating figures of significance in Eddan and preparing to dispose of them if they turn out to have anything to do with our current situation.

[Fubuki isn't sure how much he should say, but being an advocate of people working together on this, he's willing to share what he knows. Just...not who told him what he knows. It's for Kidou's safety.]

I don't really know a lot about it because it happened before I remembered anything, but they're people that were seen in a vision the Awakened had. They're firemen, actually. Or they're supposed to be. They show up after the shadows kill people, but they don't help and instead they make the attacks look like they were caused by fires. They cover it up. I was told they were even able to see the people watching in the vision and that they tried to attack them.

June 17th, the night the application had also installed itself into our, [ the second cycle, ] devices. There was a headline in the media about multiple fires. I wonder if they're connected.

I think I know the location of one of them. I've been there.

The article was inconclusive and stated it might have been the work of some bored teens.

[ If you asked him, it sounded like an excuse. Not to mention there was no follow up of the article confirming whether it was true or not. The detective was willing to investigate the location(s) to confirm his suspicions. ]

The easiest way to rule out the possibility would be to investigate it personally.

[Fubuki doesn't know if he's the wisest choice of combatants to bring along. He's still new to this. But...he does know the area, and if something happens, they'll at least have that to their advantage. Though, probably, there's as much of a chance of something happening in broad daylight this time as there was the last time he went with Kidou.

They'd been fine then. They'll be fine now.

Maybe. But what if something goes wrong? The last time Fubuki was there, he hadn't really been himself. But he knows someone who was. If he asks Kidou to come along...]
