There is no such thing as justified homicide. There are reasons that people may try to kill. If someone is attacking you, you're allowed to defend yourself. But there is nothing that justifies taking a life.

And even apart from that, you're not talking about defending yourself. You're talking about preemptively attacking someone for something they might do. Where is the justification in that?
