Given who else I've talked with... I believe he went by the handle of 'Vassago' if I'm remembering correctly, the app is very temperamental on who gets to view it. It might be someone is targeting the cameras inside the phones, and using those to switch the device off if the lens picks up someone it doesn't recognize.

And... yes, I realize that sounds ridiculous. But given how late it is, my head isn't supplying any better answers. Confusion and lingering memories... or rather, "not memories" I suppose you'd call them, are in ample supply.

[Really, the only upshot to this (along with a VERY frail and flimsy silver lining of better usernames, but frankly she has to grasp her victories where ever she can find them) is that her headache is fading out.]
