[It's been years and years since he's seen them. He knows where they were originally, but the war had been hard. He knows that everyone in the area had been moved, but what he hadn't expected was what had happened when he'd headed into a Japanese American society's office and asked if they had information on where they'd been sent after the war.

"You... you can't be serious."
'I'm... I'm sorry. Were they close family of yours?'
"... Cousins." A lie, but close enough to give his reaction justification. "Could you... write down the information you have? Please?"

He clutches the small piece of paper, listing their names - both died in 1944, only a few weeks apart from each other. Location of death - Camp Manzanar, Inyo County, California.

its not fair they didnt even get to see the end of the war they were good people
