[ Unfortunately for anyone who either don't know who Marchosias is, don't believe him, or just happens to be in the halls of the dorms- he's keeping his word.

At midnight, on the dot, Romulus Knightley is leading a mission to the dorm's kitchens to raid for ice cream, stopping to attempt to draft anyone he catches out in the halls. ]
